Development of High-Efficiency Fan Rotor Blades for Power Plants & Heavy Industry

Since COAL is the prime FUEL for steam formation used in turbine generators, it produces huge amounts of CO2 gas and ASH in the emission which is extremely detrimental to the environment. To meet required emission standards of boilers caused due to the ash in the power plant and SO2 gas removal in F.G.D. (Flue Gas Desulfurization) fan boilers, efficient fan blades are indispensable for power plant operations.

At MASTA, we manufacture premium SPHEROIDAL GRAPHITE CAST IRON (DUCTILE IRON) FAN ROTOR BLADES with precision CNC machining suitable for I.D. FANS (Induced Draft) and F.G.D. FANS.

  • Microstructure Control: Maintaining the highest ferritic structure with lowest pearlitic structure, completely free from detrimental Carbides.
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): 100% verified using Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI), and Dye/Liquid Penetrant Testing (DPT).
  • Controlled Dimensional Profile: CNC machining of typical blade profile and hub mounting surfaces ensuring seamless, trouble-free assembly.
  • Moment Sorting & Weight Control: Precision weight grouping for moment sorting to assist in flawless dynamic balancing of the fan rotor assembly.
